Over the past ten years, Lance has created and registered ten full-length screenplays - nine of which have been written into book form.

Lance has an MBA and his experience includes creating, planning and management of successful endeavors primarily in the challenging hospitality industry. He was also a Business School for Professor for a number of years, instructing in Business Strategy and New Business Finance. He has been engaged by numerous businesses over the years as a formal Business Plan writer, focused on financing for start-up projects.

Lance has galvanized a talented nucleus of players in the company whose focus is the production and publication of its works.
